Sometimes a prospect may skip a step in your campaign. This doesn't usually mean something went wrong. A skipped step simply means DoReach couldn't complete that specific action and moved on to the next eligible step.
A step may be skipped if:
You can view skipped actions by opening the campaign and checking the prospect's activity history. The activity log explains why each step was skipped, making it easier to understand what happened.
Usually, no.
Some LinkedIn profiles simply don't support certain actions, and that's expected. Skipped steps help campaigns continue moving instead of stopping completely because of one unavailable action.
A step may be skipped if:
- The prospect is already connected.
- The profile doesn't have a recent post to like or comment on.
- Comments are disabled.
- A Connect button isn't available.
- Your daily limit for that action has been reached.
