DoReach supports both regular LinkedIn messages and InMail, allowing you to reach prospects in different ways depending on your LinkedIn subscription and relationship with the recipient.

Regular messages
Regular messages can only be sent to your existing LinkedIn connections. They're ideal for follow-ups after someone accepts your connection request and don't require any additional LinkedIn credits.

InMail
InMail allows you to contact people who aren't part of your network.
To use InMail, you'll need a LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator subscription with available InMail credits.
Depending on the recipient's profile, DoReach will automatically use the appropriate type of InMail when available.

When should you use each?
Use regular messages when you're already connected with the prospect.
Use InMail when you need to reach someone outside your network or when sending a connection request isn't the best option.

Best practices
  • Use InMail for highly targeted prospects rather than large campaigns.
  • Keep your first message concise and relevant.
  • Focus on starting a conversation instead of making an immediate sales pitch.
