Moving Prospects Between Campaigns

As your outreach progresses, you may want to move prospects into a different campaign. For example, you might have one campaign for cold outreach and another for nurturing prospects who have already shown interest.
Moving prospects allows you to continue the conversation without starting over.

Move prospects manually
To move one or more prospects:

1. Open the campaign containing the prospect.
2. Select the prospect(s) you want to move.
3. Click Transfer to Campaign.
4. Choose the destination campaign.

The prospect will begin the new campaign from the first step in its sequence.

Move prospects automatically
You can also transfer prospects automatically using the Transfer to Campaign step in the Flow Builder.
This is useful when building multi-stage outreach. For example, you could automatically move prospects who reply into a follow-up or nurture campaign.

Things to keep in mind

• Prospects don't keep their progress when moved to a new campaign.
• Make sure the destination campaign matches where the prospect is in your sales process.
• Use automatic transfers to build more advanced outreach workflows.
