Message Templates and Personalization

Writing the same message repeatedly can be time-consuming. Message templates let you save commonly used messages and reuse them across multiple campaigns.
Templates also support personalization variables, allowing each message to be customized automatically for the recipient.

Creating a template
To create a template:
  1. Open the Templates section.
  2. Click New Template.
  3. Give your template a name.
  4. Write your message.
  5. Save the template.
You can then select the template whenever you add a message step to a campaign.

Using personalization
Personalization variables automatically insert information from each prospect's profile when the message is sent.
Some commonly used variables include:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company
  • Job title
  • Location

    For example:
Hi {{first_name}}, I came across your profile while looking at companies in {{company}}.
When the message is sent, these placeholders are replaced with the prospect's actual information.

    Best practices
    • Keep messages short and conversational.
    • Personalize naturally instead of adding variables everywhere.
    • Review your template before launching a campaign to ensure it reads well even if some information is missing.
    • Test different message styles to see which performs best with your audience.
