Import Prospects from a CSV File

If you already have a list of prospects, you can upload them to DoReach using a CSV file. This is useful when you're importing leads from another CRM, spreadsheet, or external data source.

Prepare your CSV
Your file should include each prospect's LinkedIn profile URL. You can also include additional information such as:

• First name
• Last name
• Company
• Job title
• Email address
• Location
• Any custom fields you want to use later

The more information your file contains, the easier it will be to personalize your outreach.

Import your file
To upload a CSV:

1. Open your lead list or create a new one.
2. Select Import CSV.
3. Upload your file.
4. Match the columns to the correct fields.
5. Confirm the import.

Your prospects will be added to the selected lead list and will be ready to use in campaigns.

Before you upload
Make sure each LinkedIn profile uses a valid LinkedIn profile URL. Incorrect or incomplete URLs may prevent a prospect from being imported successfully.
