Not every prospect should receive the same follow-up. Campaign branching allows you to send prospects down different paths based on how they interact with your outreach.
For example, someone who accepts your connection request may receive a welcome message, while someone who doesn't connect can receive a reminder a few days later.
You can create branches based on actions such as:
