Building Automation with the Flow Builder

The Flow Builder lets you create flexible outreach workflows that adapt to how each prospect responds. Instead of sending everyone through the same sequence, you can build different paths based on actions such as accepting a connection request or replying to a message.
For simple outreach, a basic sequence is usually enough. The Flow Builder is best when you want more control over what happens next.

How the Flow Builder works
Each campaign starts with a sequence of connected steps. A step can perform an action, wait for a period of time, or check a condition before deciding what to do next.
For example, you could build a workflow like this:
  • Visit Profile
  • Wait 1 day
  • Send Connection Request
  • Wait 3 days
  • If Connected → Send Message
  • If Not Connected → Wait 5 days and End Campaign
As prospects move through the workflow, DoReach automatically follows the appropriate path.

Adding branches
Branching allows your campaign to make decisions automatically.
Some common conditions include:
  • If Connected
  • If Replied
  • If Email Replied
  • If Post Liked
Each condition has two or more possible paths, allowing your campaign to continue differently depending on the outcome.

Using wait steps
Wait steps control the delay between actions.
Adding realistic delays helps your outreach feel more natural and prevents multiple actions from happening too quickly.
You can configure the number of days or hours to wait before the next step begins.

Best practices
  • Keep your first workflow simple.
  • Add branching only when it improves the prospect's experience.
  • Use wait steps between actions instead of performing several actions on the same day.
  • Review your workflow before launching to make sure every path ends correctly.
