Blacklisting Contacts

Sometimes you'll want to make sure certain people never receive outreach from your workspace. Blacklisting allows you to permanently exclude prospects from future campaigns, helping you avoid contacting existing customers, colleagues, partners, or anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
Once a contact is blacklisted, DoReach will prevent them from being added to new campaigns.

When Should You Blacklist a Contact?
Blacklisting is useful when you want to exclude:
• Existing customers.
• Current colleagues or employees.
• Business partners.
• Prospects who requested not to be contacted.
• Profiles you don't want included in future outreach.
Using a blacklist helps keep your campaigns clean and prevents accidental outreach.

How to Blacklist a Contact
To blacklist an individual prospect:
• Open the prospect's profile.
• Click Actions.
• Select Blacklist.
The prospect will immediately be excluded from future campaigns in your workspace.

Bulk Blacklisting
If you already have a list of contacts you want to exclude, you can import them using a CSV file.
Simply upload a CSV containing LinkedIn profile URLs, and DoReach will add those profiles to your blacklist in one step.
This is useful when migrating from another CRM or excluding existing customer lists before launching a campaign.

Managing Your Blacklist
You can review your blacklist at any time from your workspace settings. If you accidentally blacklist someone, simply remove them from the list and they'll be eligible for future campaigns again.
