Using the Unified Inbox

The Unified Inbox brings all your LinkedIn conversations into one place, making it easier to manage replies across multiple accounts without switching between LinkedIn sessions.
Whether a conversation started through a campaign or happened organically on LinkedIn, you can manage it from the same inbox.

Viewing conversations
The inbox displays conversations from all connected LinkedIn accounts.
You can filter conversations by:
  • LinkedIn account
  • Tags
  • Conversation status
  • Unread messages
These filters make it easy to focus on the conversations that need your attention.

Replying to messages
Open any conversation, type your reply, and click Send.
The message is sent directly through the selected LinkedIn account, just as if you were replying on LinkedIn itself.

Using templates and AI replies
To save time, you can insert a saved message template into any conversation.
If you need help writing a response, use the AI Reply feature to generate a draft based on the conversation. You can review and edit the response before sending it.

Organizing conversations with tags
Tags help you organize prospects throughout your sales process.
For example, you might create tags such as:
  • Hot Lead
  • Follow Up
  • Meeting Booked
  • Customer
Once a conversation is tagged, you can quickly filter your inbox to view similar prospects together.

If messages aren't syncing
If new conversations aren't appearing, check that your LinkedIn account is still connected. An expired or invalid session will prevent new messages from syncing until the account is reconnected.
