Managing Clients with Separate Workspaces

If you manage outreach for multiple businesses or clients, Workspaces help keep everything organized. Each workspace is completely separate, so campaigns, prospects, inboxes, and settings never get mixed together. This feature is especially useful for agencies and teams managing multiple brands.

Why Use Separate Workspaces?
Each workspace has its own:
• LinkedIn accounts.
• Campaigns.
• Lead lists.
• Inbox.
• Analytics.
• Team members.
Nothing is shared between workspaces unless you move it manually.

Creating a New Workspace
To create a workspace:
• Click your current workspace name.
• Select New Workspace.
• Enter a workspace name.
• Create the workspace.
You can then start adding LinkedIn accounts, importing prospects, and creating campaigns.

Switching Between Workspaces
If you manage more than one workspace, simply choose a different workspace from the workspace menu. This lets you move between clients or businesses without affecting any of their data.

Best Practices
• Create one workspace for each client or business.
• Invite only the team members who need access to that workspace.
• Keep campaigns and lead lists organized within their own workspace.
• Avoid sharing one workspace across multiple clients to prevent data from being mixed together.
