Why Your Account Shows Invalid or Expired

If your LinkedIn account is marked as Invalid or Expired, DoReach can no longer access the active LinkedIn session. Until the connection is restored, campaigns using that account will pause automatically.
In most cases, reconnecting the account takes only a few minutes.

Why this happens
An account may become invalid for several reasons, including:
  • Your LinkedIn password was changed.
  • You signed out of LinkedIn on all devices.
  • LinkedIn requested a new security verification.
  • Your session expired naturally.
  • Your proxy location no longer matches where you normally sign in.
These situations are normal and can happen from time to time.

How to reconnect your account
To restore the connection:
  1. Open the Accounts page.
  2. Select the affected account.
  3. Click Reconnect.
  4. Enter your LinkedIn login details if requested.
  5. Complete any verification required by LinkedIn.
Once the connection is restored, the account status will return to Active, and your campaigns will continue automatically.

If the problem keeps happening
If your account becomes invalid repeatedly, check the following:
  • Make sure your proxy country matches your usual login location.
  • Avoid frequently changing your LinkedIn password.
  • Complete any security checks requested by LinkedIn before reconnecting.
  • If you use two-factor authentication, ensure it's set up correctly.
If the issue continues after reconnecting, contact our support team and include any error messages you receive.

Best practices
  • Avoid logging out of LinkedIn on all devices unless necessary.
  • Keep your login location consistent.
  • Reconnect your account as soon as it becomes invalid to prevent campaign delays.
